These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“You”, “Your”, “Client”) and Go Global Now, a brand owned and operated by HIWI FOREX TRANSACTION SERVICES PVT LTD (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). 2. Use of the Platform
By using our platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to use the website strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable domestic and international laws relating to trade, export, marketplace regulations, and commercial practices. Any misuse of the platform, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or engagement in fraudulent activities may result in immediate suspension of your access without refund or prior notice.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide all documents, data, approvals, digital assets, and inputs necessary for the successful execution of the services. Any delay or inaccuracy in the information provided by you may directly affect the timelines and effectiveness of the services. You acknowledge that the Company shall not be responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures in service delivery arising due to incomplete information, non-cooperation, or delays attributable to you or third parties.
4. Payments and Fees
All payments for services offered by Go Global Now must be made in advance. Once a payment is processed, it shall be deemed final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, regardless of the stage of service delivery. By making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You further agree that the Company is not responsible for any charges imposed by banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, logistics providers, or marketplace platforms. All such charges shall be borne exclusively by the client.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
You acknowledge that Go Global Now provides advisory and assistance-oriented services, and that the results of these services depend on numerous external factors, including marketplace approval processes, platform policies, market conditions, marketing algorithms, logistics partners, regulatory authorities, and global trade environments. Accordingly, the Company does not guarantee approval on any platform, marketing performance, sales outcomes, conversion results, logistics timelines, marketplace visibility, or any commercial success. Our responsibility is limited strictly to providing the agreed professional assistance.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Partners
Certain services may require coordination with or reliance on third-party platforms such as e-commerce portals, marketing platforms, logistics partners, or regulatory agencies. The Company has no control over the operations, decisions, policies, or actions of such third parties. You acknowledge that all third-party approvals, rejections, delays, fees, and procedural requirements are outside the Company’s responsibility. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and conditions when availing services that involve such entities.
Intellectual Property
All materials, text, graphics, design elements, workflows, methodologies, and digital assets displayed on or provided through the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Go Global Now. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform or services if the client violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities, misuses the platform, or fails to make required payments or submissions. Termination shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
