No Refunds
All payments made for any service offered by Go Global Now are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Platform Registration Assistance
Product/Catalog Creation
Marketing Campaign Management
Logistics Support for Exporting
Once a payment is completed, the service is considered scheduled, allocated, or initiated, and cannot be reversed.
No Cancellations
Go Global Now does not accept requests for cancellation once the payment has been processed.
All service orders, onboarding processes, and project initiations are final and binding.
Third-Party Charges
Go Global Now is not liable for any deductions, fees, or charges applied by:
Banks or card issuers
Payment gateways
Financial institutions
Logistics partners
Export-related third-party service providers
Any external fees (such as export documentation charges, marketing platform fees, or logistics partner charges) paid through or facilitated by Go Global Now are also non-refundable.
Discounts & Promotional Schemes
All discounts, promotional offers, and bundled schemes are offered solely at the discretion of Go Global Now.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any such offers at any time without prior notice.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
By proceeding with a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for any reason covered under this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any false or invalid chargeback attempts may lead to suspension of services and legal recovery of losses.
Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
